Sattva Yoga Foundation is a none profit organization registered under the Indian Government trusts registration act 1882, Our school offers a complete knowledge of Yoga teacher training, theoretically and practically. It offers hands-on training program that includes all the important elements of yoga i.e. Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Kriya, Practical anatomy, Adjustment, Alignment, Mantra chanting, Meditation, Relaxation,Yoga-Nidra, Atma-tattvaavalokanam (Vedantic way of contemplation, the awareness of being self) and Other traditional Yoga techniques.
